By accessing and using the EP-Simulator online platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
The EP-Simulator is intended solely for personal education. Any corporate, institutional, or commercial use of the platform is strictly prohibited unless prior authorization is granted under separate conditions. Users are prohibited from:
- Sharing access to the platform with third parties.
- Enabling others to use their login credentials or facilitating third-party access to the platform.

All content on theEP-Simulator platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of EP-Simulator. All rights are reserved. Any unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of the materials is strictly prohibited.
All modules, learning materials, and advanced content are exclusively reserved for users who have paid for a valid subscription or license—whether at the regular or a discounted price. Access to paid content requires an active and fully paid subscription.
Subscription fees for EP-Simulator vary depending on the selected module or package. Each subscription grants access to the specific content and features included in the purchased plan. Unless specified otherwise at the time of purchase, all subscriptions are valid for a period of 12 months. Unless canceled before the end of the subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew for an additional 12 months at the regular price applicable to the selected module or package, without prior notice. By subscribing, the user authorizes EP-Simulator to charge all applicable fees tot he payment method provided.
EP-Simulator may offer promotional discounts or promo codes, which can be applied to reduce the subscription fee. These promotions are subject to specific terms and are valid for a limited period. Promo codes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. EP-Simulator reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without notice. Only one promo code can be applied per user per subscription, and any misuse of promo codes may result in the termination of the promotion and/or user access.
EP-Simulator commits to resolving any technical issues related to paid content within 7working days from the time the issue is reported. Users must contactEP-Simulator support to report any issues.
EP-Simulator is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EP-Simulator does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Under no circumstances will EP-Simulator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

EP-Simulator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
The EP Simulator digital content license is provided under a non-revocable agreement.By accessing or downloading this content, you acknowledge that the license is excluded from any Right of Revocation, as permitted under applicable law. This exclusion ensures immediate access to the digital simulator and related intellectual property upon purchase, and as such, refunds or cancellations are not applicable once access has been granted.
